FRAN has been transformed from "Free Rides Around the Neighborhood" to "Food Runs Around the Neighborhood!" To use this system, you must be at a destination within the shaded area. When you order your food - ask the restaurant if FRAN could deliver it to you. The restaurant would then dispatch a FRAN to bring you your order! Delivery is FREE for you and the restaurant! Please note that alcohol delivery is not available for this system. Also, this system is very new with many establishments still learning about how to implement the system into their ordering process.
